Requirements

– Active Georgia law license

– 3+ years of legal experience

– Demonstrated ability to manage cases and client relationships independently

– Strong written and verbal communication skills

– Enthusiasm for legal technology and a desire to help build firm systems and processes

Preferred Qualifications

– Litigation experience in commercial, bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, real estate, corporate, tax, collections, contracts, or related areas

– Experience with Chapter 7 and/or 11 bankruptcy matters

– Existing book of business or interest in developing one

– Leadership experience — managing staff, mentoring junior attorneys, or overseeing projects

Duties

– Manage a diverse caseload of legal matters with significant independence

– Draft and file pleadings, motions, briefs, agreements, and other legal documents

– Communicate directly with clients regarding case strategy, status, and business considerations

– Appear at hearings, status conferences, and other proceedings as needed

– Correspond with opposing counsel, courts, and other parties

– Supervise and mentor staff and junior attorneys

Compensation & Benefits

– Flexible, formula-based compensation structure combining billable hours and performance bonuses tied to collections and origination — designed so that your earning potential scales with the hours you put in and the business you develop

– Expected total compensation $110,000–$160,000+
