Keck Legal, LLC is a rapidly growing commercial litigation, creditor’s rights, and bankruptcy firm located near I-85 and North Druid Hills in Atlanta seeking an attorney to help expand the firm.

Requirements

• • • Georgia law license.
    • 2+ years of experience in litigation, bankruptcy, or similar practice areas.
    • Take-charge attitude and desire to be a leader and manage cases and staff.
    • Aptitude with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

• • • Litigation experience in business, real estate, contract, or bankruptcy-related disputes.
    • Experience with chapter 7 and/or 11 bankruptcy matters.
    • Strong desire to build a practice and career and to be a leader.
    • Solid computer skills and desire to learn and implement cutting-edge technologies.

Duties

• • • Oversee a variety of litigation and bankruptcy-related matters.
    • Communicate with clients regarding status and strategy of various case matters.
    • Prepare and file pleadings, motions, briefs, agreements, discovery documents, and proposed orders.
    • Appear for hearings and status conferences and advocate for clients.
    • Communicate with opposing counsel and other parties regarding various matters.
    • Manage staff to ensure completion of various tasks.
