MARIE WITTE

Marie A. Witte is an attorney at Keck Legal, where she focuses her practice on business reorganizations and complex commercial matters, with an emphasis on Chapter 11 cases. She works closely with business owners and stakeholders to develop practical, results-driven strategies—whether that means stabilizing operations, negotiating with creditors, or charting a path toward a successful restructuring.

Marie brings experience from an Am Law Global 100 firm, along with a strong blend of technical skill, business acumen, and client-focused advocacy. She approaches each case with careful attention to detail and a clear understanding that clients often face high-pressure, time-sensitive decisions. Her goal is to help clients navigate difficult circumstances with clarity, momentum, and confidence.

Outside of work, Marie proudly serves on the Board of the Stonewall Bar Association of Georgia. Her pro bono work is focused on corporate and governance matters for nonprofit organizations.
